for ttk11 Platform Use

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ttk11 ("ttk11", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ttk11 online gaming platform available at ttk11.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or using any service provided by ttk11, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ttk11 platform. This requirement is absolute and applies without exception. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. ttk11 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any point, and to suspend or terminate any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ttk11 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ttk11 makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all countries or territories. By using the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on ttk11:

• Persons under the age of 21
• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded via the ttk11 responsible gaming tools
• Employees of ttk11, its affiliates, and their immediate family members
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual for the purposes of gambling
• Persons accessing the Platform via automated bots, scripts, or non-human agents

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the ttk11 platform, you must complete the registration process at ttk11 Login. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active account on the ttk11 platform. Opening additional accounts — whether to circumvent deposit limits, claim duplicate bonuses, evade a suspension, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ttk11 will close all but the oldest account, void any bonuses claimed on the duplicated accounts, and may permanently ban the user from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. ttk11 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ttk11 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, ttk11 will require identity verification. You may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until documentation is provided.

• Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days
• Payment verification: screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account in your name
• KYC documents must be submitted in English or Bangla with a certified English translation where applicable

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ttk11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, USDT (TRC-20 network), Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the Platform's cashier section.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned less any transaction fees
• Deposits are typically credited within 90 seconds for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket)
• USDT deposits on TRC-20 typically confirm within 5–10 minutes depending on network congestion

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the method used for deposits where applicable
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 unless otherwise stated
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours, subject to verification status
• ttk11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal
• Withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks

4.4 Currency

The primary account currency on ttk11 is Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in USDT are converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit credit. ttk11 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, ttk11 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All promotional offers are subject to individual terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game contribution rates are published on the Promotions page
• Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus; expired bonus funds will be removed from the account
• Maximum bet per round while wagering a bonus is ৳500 unless the promotion states otherwise

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ttk11 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses with the intent to withdraw without genuine play, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting system errors or technical faults, or engaging in coordinated wagering designed to artificially fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Offers

ttk11 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus at the time of its modification will generally be permitted to fulfil the original terms, at ttk11's sole discretion.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Availability

The ttk11 game lobby includes slots, live casino tables, crash games, virtual sports, and sports betting markets. The availability of individual games and betting markets may vary based on technical maintenance, provider restrictions, or regulatory considerations. ttk11 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or market.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error during a game session, ttk11 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the player's account. Game round results that occur during a verified malfunction are not binding. ttk11's decision regarding malfunctions is final.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting on ttk11 covers cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other markets. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport rules published on the Platform. ttk11 reserves the right to suspend or void any market at its discretion.

6.4 Errors in Odds or Payouts

In the event that incorrect odds, payout rates, or game parameters are published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, ttk11 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the staked amounts. ttk11 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from the player's reliance on erroneously published information.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ttk11 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or game algorithms
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or display errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity
• Registering multiple accounts or providing false information during registration or KYC
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ttk11 staff or other platform users
• Conducting chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Using the Platform if you are a self-excluded player or have been otherwise prohibited from access

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ttk11 platform — including but not limited to the ttk11 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ttk11 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content; use the ttk11 brand or logo without express written permission; create derivative works based on Platform content; or scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Game content made available through the ttk11 lobby (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studios) remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers and is subject to those providers' own terms and licences.

9 Privacy & Data

ttk11 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ttk11 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform sessions and financial transactions. Account access is further protected by optional SMS-based two-factor authentication. Login activity is logged and accessible to the account holder via the account dashboard for a period of 30 days.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ttk11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, gaming losses, or service interruption.

ttk11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ttk11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11 Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your ttk11 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Any bonus funds in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not extinguish any obligation you have to ttk11 under these Terms that arose prior to closure.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by ttk11

ttk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably believes that you have: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; provided false information; or compromised the integrity of the Platform or other users' experience.

Upon termination for breach, ttk11 may withhold or forfeit any balance in the account pending investigation. Where termination results from ttk11's own operational decision rather than player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Amendments

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, with the effective date displayed at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.
